FAAB Help

Postby nygiantsfan » Tue Sep 20, 2016 5:43 pm

Hey guys, long time no post, but given that I have a kid and all, the forum here hasn't been at the top of the list for quite some time. For that I apologize, but good to see things still going strong. But today, I come in need of help. We're talking high stakes FFPC here, and someone foolishly dropped Devante Parker last week. I have the full $1,000 remaining to spend, and I'm wondering how high you guys think I should go?

My team is 1-1, and I'm not sure it's all that good. Bortles, Tyrod at QB, CJA, Langford, Gio, Booker at RB, Marshall, Cobb, Maclin, Sanders, Kearse at WR, and Gates, Ebron, Zach Miller, ASJ, and Trey Burton at TE.

Any advice you can lend would be wonderful. Thanks in advance!

Parker would definitely be at least your 5th best WR with a shot to crack your top 3. Knowing that FFPC waiver wires usually don't offer much, I'd be willing to go $600-650.
Glad Tim Biakabatuka is out of the league.

Just to close this out, we won Parker with a bid of 706. Next highest bid was 507. A bit surprised that someone didn't want to try to save their season with a bid in the 900's, and doubly surprised the second highest bid was so low. Hate to pay a 40% premium here, but hopefully he's worth it.

Nice. Think you did well there. You can't take those FAAB dollars home with ya!
