I just won in our championship by .4. I was done heading into tonight's game and was up by 3.4. My opponent had Barth and AJ Green left. Thanks DS as always. You know I will be back again next year.

Damn ... bet your opponent had trouble getting out of bed this morning. That's rough.

In all of my disbelief and excitement I hadn't really thought about how I would feel if I had been on the other end of that. Pretty sure I'd be super pissed.

Nice Work Quarter D!! Congratulations to you and all the DS Champs out there.

After four years of being a DS member I have made it to the finals three out of the four years with one Championship. This site has played a big part of it!

I'm sure we all agree it takes a little bit of luck to win out when it comes to playoff time.

Tough luck this year this guy.....

#1 seed in both of my leagues (11-2) & (13-1) and I end up with 2nd and 3rd place finishes. :(
That is the way it goes in FF

On a brighter note Lil' Chilly came in 4th and 1st respectively and is in the finals this weekend in his third league.

Chip off the old block!

Thanks Sharks! See ya'll next year

Chilly
The number of leagues I have committed to is absurd!

I guess this is "success/appreciation" thread so here goes..

6 leagues (4 of which are pay leagues, 1 i did for fun for auction draft practice online)

1 - Championship - $450 winnings as the 7th seed
2 - Runner-up - $180 winnings in one and 1 was winner take all
1 - 3rd place finish - won my entry fee back ($40)
1 - 4th place finish
1 - 10th place finish (Took megatron with 7th overall pick - autopicked first 4 rounds, foles was a bust at qb, gio + ellington didnt pan out as i'd hoped at RB, michael floyd was supposed to be my wr2 - enough said)

I had $180 in entry fees and walked away with 670.. Anytime u can come out ahead financially AND beat your friends for bragging rights its a great season.. thanks again DS
Team 1: Non-PPR, Scoring league (6pt per td, 1pt for 50 yds pass, 1pt for 20 yds rush/rcv)
1qb, 2rb, 3wr, 1te, 1k, 1def
QB - Cutler, Big Ben, Sanchez (WW Pickup)
RB - L-Bell, J-Bell, Mason (WW add, dropped spiller), West (WW Add)
WR - Green, Jeffery, Hopkins, C. Johnson (WW add for michael floyd)
TE - Cameron (dropped Reed after dropping donnell)
Kicker - Bailey, Crosby (added for wk 16)
Def - Detroit (added for houston in wk 14)

More "DS is awesome" blurbing here...

4 leagues -

1 championship (my longest running league - became the first 4x champ!!)
1 runner-up (lost the championship by 3.5 points to the guy that woke up with CJ Anderson)
1 wild card playoff finish (12 team league, ran with Ryan/Charles/RB2/A. Brown/R. Cobb/WR3/J. Thomas)
1 missed playoffs (joined at last minute and had all the expected big injuries)

$105 in league fees, $285 won, much bragging rights!!
