I'm an Underdog with too many close options! QB, Flex, TE Questions in PPR

Postby richrsnblm » Fri Dec 22, 2017 9:24 am

Happy Holidays all! CBS lists my 9-6 squad as a 26 point underdog against the 14-1 team. Could use a hand with lineup decisions. I'd appreciate any help.

QB: Foles @OAK; Bortles @SF

Flex: Mixon vs. DET; Martavis Bryant @HOU; Shepard @ARI

TE: Delanie vs. LAR; Jack Doyle @ BAL; Ebron @ CINC

Thanks and good luck to you all!

I like Bortles, against SF.

I’d go with Bryant as your flex (big upside with this guy against weak Texans defense)

At TE, I just don’t think you can bench Walker. I mean I get the Rams D is hot and will have a rush on Mariota, but Walker is a near beast TE...BUT if you are convinced the Ram Def will overwhelm Titans, I’d then start Ebron.

Good luck to ya.. I hope you take out your 14-1 opponent!

TL
Theismans_Leg:
QB - Brees, Stafford
RB - Elliot, Gordon, Kamara, Burkhead, A. Morris
WR - M. Thomas, D. Thomas, M. Jones, C. Hogan, Martavis Bryant
TE- Olsen(retained)
D - Rams, Eagles
K - Prater

Start:1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX, K, D.
Scoring: NON-ppr, Standard scoring, ALL TD's 6pts. Bonus for 30 yard+ scores

I would with Foles at QB. Bryant at flex has the most "boom" potential and seems like you need that being such a big underdog.

Agree with TL on tight end...
teams 1 and 2 - 1 pt 10 yds rushing/rec, 1 ppr, 6 td, 1 pt 25 yds passing, 4 tds

Team 1 (10 team) - start 1 qb, 2 rb, 3 wr, 1 te
qb: Brady, Wentz
rb: Dalvin Cook, B. Powell, J. White, A. Kamara
wr: Green, M. Thomas, B. Cooks, S. Diggs, T. Williams, JJ Nelson
te: Ertz, Doyle

team 2(10 team) - start 1 qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 flex (rb, wr, te)
qb: Mariota, Wilson
Rb: D. Murray, Fournette, D. Henry, Riddick
wr: A. Brown, K. Allen, S. Diggs, Crowder
te: stream

QB: I'd go Bortles (and definitely pay attention to the MIN/GB game: if Minny loses, then PHI has nothing to play for)

Flex: I agree that Bryant has the most upside

TE: I'd rank them Walker, Ebron, Doyle

Good luck
